SuperSloth, through its "Custodial Services Agency," facilitates the creation of Custodial Accounts for you, allowing you to securely store certain supported digital currencies and digital tokens ("Digital Assets"). These Custodial Accounts are safeguarded by third-party independent service providers in accordance with the Custodial Services Agreement entered into with SuperSloth.

Please be aware that the Service Providers do not offer investment, tax, or legal advice, and they do not execute transactions on your behalf. The Service Providers do not provide any advice, guidance, or recommendations regarding the suitability or value of any Digital Assets held in your name through the Custodial Account or the Wallet Services. It is advisable to seek legal and professional tax advice before engaging in any transactions.

You should also understand that Digital Assets are not covered by any governmental, quasi-governmental, regulatory, or industry-backed insurance or protection program. The use of Digital Assets and related networks and protocols involves substantial risks. It is your responsibility to thoroughly understand and educate yourself about all the risks associated with Digital Assets, networks, and protocols. The Service Providers do not make any representations or warranties concerning the value of Digital Assets or the security and performance of any related network or protocol.
